How Do I Leave Personalization Details?

It depends on the piece, so check the item description (bellow the photo) - there will be a section called "how to order" that lists all the info we need :)

After choosing material, how many sides to customize (Front and back) and design number there will be a section called ‘’Custom message for front side’’ and ‘’Custom message for Back side’’, so there you can leave your details!

We read all notes carefully and will contact you if anything is unclear :)

The most common detail people forget to leave is if they want their inscription ALL CAPS, Title Case, or all lowercase (if applicable).

What size would be best for my pet?

We recommend:

1" (25 mm) SMALL for cats, puppies, and dogs under 30lbs = 13kg

[Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Yorkshire Terrier, Toy Poodle, Dachshund]


1.20" (30 mm) MEDIUM for dogs 30-60 lbs = 13-27kg

[lbshiba, Miniature Schnauzer, Beagle]


1.35" (34 mm) LARGE for dogs 60+ lbs= 27+ kg

[Golden Retriever, Dalmatian, Standard Poodle]

You can choose a smaller or a bigger tag if you would like the tag be less or more visible on the pet body.

Will the Engraved Design last on outdoor tags?

At LzugoShop we improved our work methods in order to create a deep engraved items suitable for pets accessories. These metal tags will last at the outdoor activities and will keep the precious information about the pet.

Engraved marks are exceptionally durable and can only be removed by heavy grinding. The great advantage over the conventional spark erosion technique consists in the fact that engraving is is free of wear. A neat finish on both front and back of the pet tag surface, engravings have a ‘perfect’ look with evenly spaced and consistent indentation of letters.

Are you able to engrave symbols, marks and characters in a foreign language?

Yes, we can engrave any type of symbol, punctuation, mark and word in a foreign language ( such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Hindi).

Does the tag include an attachment ring?

Yes. Every tag comes with two split rings. The attachment ring has 20 mm.

Can You Engrave a Custom Image on the Tag?

Will be Enough Space for the Pet Name?

Our pet tags offers unique designs that are engraved with an open space for your dog’s name and contact information.

What means 'Single-Side' or 'Double-Side' engraved?

Single-Side > when you want to be engraved just:

  • Front (design with /without name) of the tag

OR

  • Back of the tag (contact information)

Double-Side > when you want to engrave both:

  • Front side (design with/without name)

AND

  • Backside (contact information)
